I am a Professional eLearning Manager & Developer
I lead teams of instructional designers, developers, media professionals, and LMS administrators to create modern, engaging, and effective training for customers. My passion is to combine storytelling with adult learning principles to capture the attention of a wide range of audiences.
I specialize in creative insight, analytical thinking, people manangement, career and skill growth, and project management. If you're looking for a flexible team leader with a wide array of technical, creative, and business skills, I can help with that.
What do I do?
I have a BFA in Film & Animation from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and shifted into the field of adult learning. My career has allowed me to combine my animation, motion graphics, filming, editing, and storytelling skills with adult learning prinicples and eLearning development to produce engaging and entertaining training modules. Training topics have ranged from project manangement to plasma engineering to Saas.
I've lead multiple teams across multiple organizations—small to large, from media professionals to coders. I enjoy working with people and watching them grow, as well as encouraging their interests and dreams. My methodology is focused on process-orientation and data-driven decision making: everything should be done strategically with a clear goal and vision in mind.
