This course was developed as an additional supplement to a larger program for authorized technicians. Not only does this course cover major system differences for a new product, but it also provides hands-on, simulation activities for navigating the brand new smart display and system error troubleshooting.
As this was a course developed by a fairly new instructoinal designer, I was involved in helping with content flow development as well as concept development of all activities and interactive simulations.
